Express Service Platform Deployment
When a homeowner has a suitable Great Horned Owl platform tree, but it can't be reached by a cherry picker or truck boom, they have the option for an Express Service owl platform.
They can buy the platform outright or wait to see if they qualify for a free one. Either way, they have to contract (and pay) for a third-party tree crew to install it.
Topes Tree Service brought a three-person crew for the installation. Carmel Owls was on site to provide all the owls, screws, and the best method for raising and securing the platform.
It turned into a 2 1/2 hour installation after a few technical difficulties with the vertical placement of the tree mount. In the end, with patience and ingenuity, all went well.
