The owl platforms in Phase 2 (yellow circles) have been deployed across the Monterey Peninsula — from Carmel Highlands, along Carmel Valley Road, Carmel Point, High Meadows, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, and Monterey.
Phase 3 deployment (blue circles) shows target areas that were also deployed in May 2026, mainly in Carmel Valley.
Phase 4 deployment (purple circles) is still under review for mid-August 2026.
